Accomplished artist Carolyn Payzant will present about how Botanical Art Mirrors History. The public is invited to join us for a fascinating topic.

Topic: Genetic Variation in Flowering Plants - For the Layman

Curious about the individual differences between plants of the same species? UNH Biology graduate Philip Friel will explain the topic of genetic variations in plants in easy-to-understand terms. The public is cordially invited to this program.

Join us for a tour of Jennifer's beautiful flower gardens and maybe play some yard games such as croquet and bocce. We will have a sandwich swap so bring something delicious to share. Bring bug spray and carpool from St. Annes if possible.

Topic: Flowering Bushes - Planting for the Generations

 Join us at Shady Hill Nursery where Kari Allard will give us a private tour, while identifying and discussing flowering bushes. The nursery will be closed to the public, but bushes and plants will be available to purchase.

Topic: Planning and Planting a Late Summer Flower Garden

Join us at the home of UNH Master Gardener Ginny Shannon for a tour of her gardens and lessons on breathing new life into a late summer flowering garden. We'll carpool from St. Anne's Church parking lot. Don't forget the bug spray!

Topic: Ikebana Demonstration

Ikebana - the art of Japanese flower arranging - is a demanding craft with strict rules around colors, shapes and design. Designer Antoinette Duoart will create several ikebana arrangements while she teaches us the basics of this ancient art. This program is open to the public, so please join us.

Topic: Deck the Halls

We'll gather to make and hang holiday decorations. The Deck the Halls Committee provides the greenery, decorations, and a sample of the creative design. Club members will assemble the wreaths and garlands, then hang them outside. Dress warmly for this fun indoor/outdoor event, and bring clippers and a flashlight.

Topic: Holiday Party  - Winter Reimagined
